Dash Cam Installation in Sydney

Dandy Tints provides reliable dash cam installation for drivers who want clear, consistent recording and a clean finish. We handle everything from placement and wiring to setup and testing, so your camera works perfectly every time you start your car.

Why Proper Installation Matters

A dash cam only does its job when it’s installed the right way. With Dandy Tints, you get a setup that works flawlessly every time you drive. We position your camera for a clear road view, hide every wire for a clean look, and connect it safely so it powers on when your car starts. This prevents weak mounts, messy cables, and recording issues that can happen with poor setup.

Accurate camera placement for a clear and steady road view
Neatly hidden wiring routed through your car’s trim for a clean finish
Safe power connection using your vehicle’s outlet or a hardwire kit
Complete setup and testing to confirm the camera records properly
Short walkthrough so you know how to use and access your footage

Our Process

Check your camera and vehicle

We start by reviewing your dash cam and car interior to plan the best installation approach.

Choose the right placement

The camera is positioned for a clear, balanced view of the road without blocking your line of sight.

Mount the camera securely

We attach it firmly so it stays stable even on rough roads.

Route and hide the wiring

All cables are tucked inside panels or trim for a clean, factory-style look.

Test the setup

Every feature is checked to make sure recording, playback, and motion detection work properly.

Show you how it works

Before you leave, we walk you through the setup and show you how to access and save your recordings.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Dandy tint shop. I had my Tesla Model YL tinted here. and the workmanship was absolutely flawless. There wasn't a single speck of dust, and the installation was incredibly clean and professional.
They also demonstrated the heat rejection performance, which gave me great confidence in the product. The SunTek nano-ceramic film looks fantastic and was installed perfectly.
The team was professional from start to finish, and I'm extremely happy with the result. Highly, highly recommended!
